Ethical, Environmental and Gender indicators, and action plan

Description

To have an overall view of ethical, environmental and gender issues of the consortium, all Partners were asked to provide details of their Ethics Committees and Ethics approval procedures, including for sensory and consumer surveys, and animal welfare and experimentation. Additionally, data was gathered on aspects related to good management practices for the environment, and on the current situation of gender equality in the consortium.

This deliverable addresses ethical and environmental practices, as well as the monitoring of gender balance and gender indicators adopted by each Partner. It also includes Action Plans to be implemented by the INNOECOFOOD consortium to ensure compliance with ethical, environmental, and gender requirements where they are not yet being followed.
