Upcycling Fish Byproducts: Transforming Catfish Waste into Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals

Ongoing work in work package 6 on the upcycling of waste nutrients from fish byproducts at CIIMAR. The outcome is to produce novel foods and nutraceuticals.
