CIIMAR Showcases Sustainable Valorization of African Catfish By-products at ISEKI-Food Conference 2026
The INNOECOFOOD Project was represented at the 8th International ISEKI-Food Conference, held in Faro, Portugal, from 1–3 June 2026, where Ricardo Pereira from CIIMAR (Interdisciplinary Centre of Marine and Environmental Research) delivered an oral presentation titled “Valorization of African Catfish By-products for Sustainable Food and Feed Applications.”
